General Education Links: The
Center for Academic Integrity (CAI) is a consortium of approximately
200 colleges and universities and 500 individual members from those
institutions. The Council for the Administration of General and Liberal Studies (CAGLS) was formed to provide support for college and university administrators that have responsibility for institutional general/liberal education programs. The American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) is the national association committed to making the aims of liberal learning a vigorous and constant influence on institutional purpose and educational practice in higher education. The American Association of Higher Education (AAHE) is the individual membership organization that promotes the changes higher education must make to ensure its effectiveness in a complex, interconnected world. The association equips individuals and institutions committed to such changes with the knowledge they need to bring those changes about. The Association of Deans and Directors of University Colleges and Undergraduate Studies (AD&D) is a young organization promoting undergraduate programming at universities and colleges.
